THE GRID RUN isn’t built as a “ticketed drive.” It’s built as a curated, multi-day experience—and your package is what turns a route into a full event. We keep it simple for participants: you show up, you drive your own car, and the run is structured around you. Behind the scenes, we lock the flow so the days feel clean, the nights feel premium, and the whole grid moves like one.
What’s included in the core packages
Our baseline packages are designed to cover the essentials that make the experience feel complete, not pieced together: 3 hotel nights with breakfast, 3 group dinners, a karting experience, secure/private parking at hubs, and an organised structure with pods, route guidance, and support. On top of that, you get the “event layer”: photo/video coverage, daily recap content, passport challenges, and awards moments—the details that make it feel like a real rally week, not just a road trip.

Driver vs Passenger (clear difference)
Driver packages include your spot in the curated grid as a driver (you bring the car, you run the route).
Passenger packages include the full experience layer—hotels, dinners, nightlife hubs, activities, and access—without the driver spot.
Some participants want to keep it clean. Others want to go all-in. That’s why we keep upgrades modular: single-room options, photo pack upgrades, merch drops, and occasional add-on experiences—always limited, always designed to enhance the week without changing the core vibe.
Why “limited spots” matters on tickets
We cap the grid on purpose. It protects quality, keeps the experience premium, and ensures the event stays manageable and safe. When tickets drop, it’s not about selling volume—it’s about building the right group.
