WHAT IS THE GRID RUN?
THE GRID RUN is a premium but accessible automotive rally experience with a maximum of 100 cars, built around one clear idea:
Drive together. Move with structure. Create the story.
The 2026 Signature Edition runs from 30 July 2026 to 2 August 2026 and is designed as a controlled road trip format with hotels, dinners, route guidance, checkpoints, support, content coverage, and social moments included in the core experience.
You don’t just show up and follow traffic.
You become part of a structured grid.
The route:
Antwerp → Amsterdam → Köln → Nürburgring → Luxembourg → Spa-Francorchamps → Antwerp
Approx. 1,000 km of roads, cities, checkpoints, atmosphere, and automotive culture.

Not every application is automatically accepted.
The grid is selected based on car fit, behaviour, community fit, reliability, visual appeal,l and overall event balance. That keeps the experience clean, safe, free, and strong for everyone.
This protects the atmosphere, the route flow, the sponsors, and the full event experience.
2. PODS, NOT CHAOS
The grid is split into smaller driving groups, called pods.
Each pod has a structured flow with time windows, check-ins, and support logic. This keeps the road open, the experience smooth,h and the event manageable.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED?
The Grid Pass does not include:
- Fuel
- Fines

Every participant must:
- Follow all traffic laws
- Respect local communities
- Respect hotels, venues, news,nues, and partners
- Follow crew instructions
- Stay within route and timing guidelines
- Avoid reckless behaviour
- Avoid street racing, burnouts, stunts, or dangerous driving
- Respect the pod system
- Keep nightlife and driving separated
Nightlife and alcohol moments are organised separately from driving, with smart logistics and shuttle logic where relevant.
Bad decisions kill good events. We are not building that kind of event.

HOW TO JOIN THE GRID
Spots are limited because quality matters.
The flow is simple:

- Create your account, grab your discount, and buy your tickets.
- Once completed, your spot is secured.
- Share your participation on Instagram with a picture of your car and tag @thegridrun to be featured on our story and in a highlight.
- Closer to the event, you’ll receive your participant pack and more details.
Once your spot is allocated, you have 48 hours to confirm. After that, the spot can be released to the next applicant.
