What is it, really?

The Grid Run is a premium road rally experience for 75–100 cars. We run it in pods (small squads) with planned time windows and a smooth flow — so everything stays exclusive, safe, and cinematic.

You roll through Belgium → The Netherlands → Germany → Eifel region, with curated stops, content moments, and high-energy nights — all tied together by one mission:

Build the most iconic grid on the road.

What makes The Grid Run different

1) Pods: the secret sauce

We split the grid into 8–10 pods (10–12 cars each).
Each pod has a Lead and a Sweep, and departures are staggered — so the road stays open, smooth, and safe.

You get:

• A clear route flow (no stress, no confusion)

• Time windows per checkpoint (no hours of waiting)

• A proper crew feeling (you’re not “alone in traffic”)

• A format that keeps the event premium instead of being messy

2) Passport system (yes, it’s a thing)

You’ll run with a Grid Run Passport — stamps, challenges, and missions that turn the route into a game. Not cringe. Not childish. Actually fun.

This edition includes high-impact experiences on the route — the kind you talk about for months.
We’re finalising the exact time windows/slots, so we’re not dropping a rigid day-by-day schedule yet — but the Signature Edition is built around:

Shipping details: Please enter your full delivery address (street + number, postcode, city, country, and phone number) — we’ll ship your Grid Run Participant Pack (tickets/entry items, rally plate, passport kit, etc.) via DPD / PostNL / bpost (or an equivalent carrier depending on your location).

How to join the grid

Spots are limited because quality > quantity.

Apply → get reviewed → receive confirmation → lock your spot → get your final roadbook & pod assignment closer to the event.

Once your spot is allocated, you’ll have 48 hours to confirm your purchase—otherwise, your spot is released to the next applicant, and you’ll need to rejoin the waitlist.
